Ashhurst School
Ashhurst School is at the heart of its local community in the lower North Island of New Zealand. Its new site has room for everybody, from staff to pupils, the Board of Trustees to the PTA.
We worked closely with the principal and other staff when developing the site, so that it best reflects the needs of the school.
The site contains multiple galleries including movies and pictures, has a stylish animated welcome graphic, search function, download area and more. When the school undertook an important parental feedback questionnaire they used the site as an alternative to completing a paper copy, and then (most usefully) as a way of entering the paper copies into a database which was then exported as Excel for analysis by the Senior Management Team.
The site is proving to be a popular and useful part of school life each day.
